So I’ve been wanting to get a new site up and running for myself… The old one is here. Not only is it outdated, it is by far one of the least aesthetically pleasing designs I’ve ever laid eyes upon (even though, I must admit, was my design.) Its probably, oh… two-three years old, and the remnants of a high school computer science class… Its time to move on to bigger and better things… The biggest bullets in my search for a nice content management system are that it must be:
- Professional and Clean Looking (for my eyes — and who knows, maybe possible employers’ eyes)
- Already Written
I used to write my websites from the ground up, but since I don’t really have the time to do that (segue into)…
I recently met Ben Chodroff, a student here at Case… After looking at his (awesome) pictures from Beauty and the Beast, I noticed his blog/website was setup using WordPress and figured I would give it a shot. He also gave my contact information to The Observer (student newspaper) and the Yearbook Editors — so that maybe I’ll get a chance to do some photography for one of them.
